WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING CO. (WOLF) — Police are investigating a double homicide in Williamsport.

The Williamsport police department announced Friday that they are investigating a double homicide that occurred in the 1700 block of Terrace Place in the city.

Officers received a report of shots fired in the area, and located a vehicle containing an adult male and adult female who were fatally shot.

The victims were identified as Alisha Seese, 37, and Ronald Dailey, 37.

We spoke to an anonymous neighbor, who says: “I was shocked. Yeah, I was shocked. I’ve lived here now for about six months. I’m fairly new, that’s what makes me feel more unsafe or more concerned about this. I just moved in six months ago and when I learned about the neighborhood, I found it was a good neighborhood actually and I think so far it is a good neighborhood but again this could happen anywhere at any time.”
